For long-term rent penthouse apartment next to Playa Del Cura in the city center of Torrevieja. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, open living room and a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole apartment is renovated, finished and insulated in compliance with today's standards. During winter, the flat keeps warm very well with minimal heating, during summer the place is nice and cool without using too much of the air conditioning unit. Despite of being located basically on the beach, there are no problems with humidity or mold. The whole flat is spacious and bright. There is a large glass door in the living room that leads to a wide balcony where one can enjoy morning coffee or lunch in the sun. From one side of the balcony you can see Playa Del Cura and from the other side sea as well.
The apartment comes fully furnished and has absolutely everything you need from cleaning products to dishes. Everything that can be seen on the photos, will stay in the use of the tenant. The apartment building has an elevator. Parking is in front of the house. For extra charge there is a possibility to rent a garage spot across the street (80€ per month).
The rent per month is starting from 500€, Internet, electricity and water is added to the rent. It is possible to rent until june 2021 for 500€. If the tenant wishes a longer contract, the rent will be 600€ per month. On signing of the contract, tenant must pay 2 months of deposit upfront and 1 month's rent.
